Maggie’s Chocolate Brownie’s

Ingredients

  • Cream 1/3 cup

  • Margarine/butter

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

    6 tbsps cocoa

  • 2/3 cup flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

     

Method

Sift together  cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt.

Put in greased 22.5 cm square pan

Bake at 180º C for 25 to 30 minutes

 

Double the quantities or they’ll be gone too quickly!
